Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices Invoiced will be the price In effect at the time of shipping or pickup. All applicable taxes will be invoiced to Canadian customers. All customers outside of Canada are exempt from sales tax. Provincial Sales Tax exemptions are allowed if the customer provides an exemption form to keep on file.
Manner Of Payment:
We accept payment by any major credit card. For large orders, or for items we normally do not stock, we require a deposit of 20%.
Return Policy:
The following is a summary of our return policy:
30 Day Returns: Items returned within 30 days of receipt are eligible for a full refund (less a 15% re-stocking fee) provided items are returned in their original packaging, are unused, and free of any damage or mark of wear and tear. We do not refund return shipping cost, shipping costs charged on the original invoice, and will deduct any shipping costs incurred by us on orders originally qualifying for free shipping.
60 Day Returns: Items returned within 60 days of receipt are eligible for a full credit (less a 10% re-stocking fee) to be used on our site provided items are returned in their original packaging, are unused, and free of any damage or mark of wear and tear. We do not refund return shipping cost, shipping costs charged on the original invoice, and will deduct any shipping costs incurred by us on orders originally qualifying for free shipping.
Special Volume Purchases: Special large volume purchases returned due to incorrectly ordered items are will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
Non-Returnable Products:
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Products not in their original packaging or with any visible signs of wear and tear.
- Used or Installed products (unless defective or under manufacturer’s warranty).
- Products returned after 60 days of receipt.
Special Order Items.
If you wish to return an item that is not eligible for return please contact us via email and we will at times determine a re-stocking fee depending on the nature of the item and the circumstances pertaining to the order. A minimum re-stocking charge of 20% will apply to any items being returned under these circumstances.
Return Process:
If you would like to return items, please contact us via email to ensure your products are eligible for return stating your original order number for reference. We will return your email within 72 hrs business day regarding your case and provide you with consent for the return.

Damaged or Defective Products
When you receive your package(s) please inspect it carefully as well as the items included. It is typical for shipping boxes to endure some wear during transit. If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, please call or email us with specific information regarding damaged or defective products.
Warranties
Irrigation Parts Direct warrants that the product(s) is/are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. The warranty coverage lasts for a period of two (2) years starting from the date of purchase. This excludes items with specific warranty provisions in which case the warranty period will be that stated by the manufacturer.
This warranty is conditioned upon the proper installation and use of the product(s) and does not cover defects or damages from a) accidents, misuse, abuse neglect or unusual physical stress to the product b) defects or damages from improper installation, testing, operation maintenance or adjustment and c) improper combination with third party products not suitable for use with the product(s).
During the applicable warranty period, Irrigation Parts Direct will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any defective product(s).
