Irrigation Parts Direct Shipping Policy 

LOCAL PICKUP

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at:

  1. Cadman Power Equipment HQ, 38 Main St. Courtland ON N0J1E0
  2. Ohio Warehouse

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 – 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

  • In-store pickup is available Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. If you prefer to meet us curb-side for pickup, please call or email the shop to make arrangements.

 

CANADA & USA SHIPPING 

  • Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours after receiving your order confirmation email (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays) using UPS. UPS usually delivers standard 2 – 7 business days, but reported delays are occurring. You will receive another order confirmation when your order has shipped.
     

    LARGE / BULKY ORDERS

    • For large and/or bulky orders, we also offer delivery by Cadman's own carriers. Contact us at 1-866-4CADMAN to set up large deliveries. 

     

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

     

    If you haven’t received your order within 8 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@irrigationpartsdirect.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
