LOCAL PICKUP
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at:
- Cadman Power Equipment HQ, 38 Main St. Courtland ON N0J1E0
- Ohio Warehouse
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 – 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
- In-store pickup is available Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. If you prefer to meet us curb-side for pickup, please call or email the shop to make arrangements.
CANADA & USA SHIPPING
- Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours after receiving your order confirmation email (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays) using UPS. UPS usually delivers standard 2 – 7 business days, but reported delays are occurring. You will receive another order confirmation when your order has shipped.
LARGE / BULKY ORDERS
- For large and/or bulky orders, we also offer delivery by Cadman's own carriers. Contact us at 1-866-4CADMAN to set up large deliveries.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 8 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@irrigationpartsdirect.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
